Mejor bagguete de paris 2016

Como todos los años desde 1994,  cámara de Artesanos Panaderos-Pasteleros de París da un premio a lo que consideran la mejor baguette de la ciudad.

El año pasado el establecimiento ganador fué Le Grenier à Pain del pastelero Djibril Bodian que ya ha ganado este premio dos veces.

Pero este año el ganador ha sido la panadería La Parisienne, de  Mickaël Reydellet y Florian Charles.

Por si queremos comprobarlo personalmente, esta panadería en el l distrito VI de París, muy cerca de los Jardines de Luxemburgo.

El premio para los ganadores es bastante jugoso, se trata de 4.000 euros y la oportunidad de servir sus baguettes durante un año entero para el presidente de Francia y el Palacio del Elíseo., nada menos.
