La mejor Baguette de París 2017

Esperamos esta competencia casi como el mundía de fútbol…anuque  por suerte en este caso se realiza todos los años.

Ya hablamos de la ganadora del año pasado, la famosa La Parisienne y pudimos visitarla un par de veces y la verdad fue una excelente ganadora.
Pero este 2017 ya tenemos una nueva baguette triunfadora y se trata de Boulangerie Brun, de Sami Bouattour.
En esta caso hablamos de una  boulangerie tradicional,  en el distrito XIII, que no tiene sucursales y con productos excelentes y a buen precio.
Para lo que no tenga idea de lo que estamos contando,  el Gran Premio de la “baguette”  en un clásico de la ciudad en sus 23 años de existencia.



Como funciona el concurso

Un jurado de 12 personas, seis de ellas elegidas al azar, degustaron todas las baguettes
Los cinco criterios a los que el jurado tuvo que poner nota, de 0 a 20, fueron el aspecto, cocción, miga, olor, y gusto.

El Premio

Además de ser el proveedor del palacio del Elíseo, donde vive el presidente francés , el ganador del concurso también recibirá 4.000 euros.
