Les Climats es uno de lo mejores restuarantes de París,  ganador de una estrella Michelin y donde podemos tener una experiencia gastronómica por €45, que si bien es todo un presupuestos para un viajero,  lo recomendamos totalmente porque la calidad de la comida que sirven aquí es raro conseguirla por menos de €100.

Esta  instalado en  la antigua Maison des Dames des Postes, donde se albergaron a partir de 1905 a las operadoras de la antigua compañía francesa de Correos, Telégrafos y Teléfonos.
Queda muy cerca del Museo Orsay, por lo que es ideal combinarlo con una visita.Un lugar con mucha personalidad en el que se sirve una cocina francesa con toques modernos.



El menú a 45 euros vale la pena. El vino seguramente haga más cara la cuenta pero eso ya depende de cada presupuesto. Además que tienen una de las mejores carta de vinos de Borgoña en el mundo.
El ambiente es muy silencioso y tranquilo y con uno de los mejores  foie gras de París (quizás el mejor).
