Desde el exterior, Chez Robert et Louise parece un pintoresco bistró de campo, y lo que te encuentras adentro es una experiencia para recordar.

El restaurante de propiedad familiar sirve una variedad de platos con carne, por lo que probablemente no sea una buena opción para vegetarianos. Lejos de una buena comida, el restaurante tiene una decoración rústica, un fuego de leña  y comidas caseras de la granja a la mesa que lo distinguen de otros lugares para cenar en París.
Sal de tu zona de confort y prueba la morcilla negra (que no es para todos), los riñones de ternera y la carne de cerdo, o elije algo más “normal” como el chuletón, las chuletas de cordero o las gambas tigre.

La experiencia en Chez Robert et Louise

A medida que vas llegando al restaurante puedes percibir el olor de la leña en pleno fuego.  Si son amantes de la carne, este es un buen lugar para comerla. Si pueden hagan una reserva en  la mesa que está delante de la brasa, porque a parte de estar calentito ves como cocinan parte de la carta.
Por lo que respecta al resto de la carta es típicamente francesa y los postres son muy buenos con el plus de que varios de ellos son “fait maison”.

Tras pasar por una fase de decadencia, el Marais resurgió con fuerza en la década de los 60 y en la actualidad esta lleno de bares modernos, tiendas y restaurantes de todo tipo.
