Sabemos que es imposible dar un ganador en un rubro donde la ciudad de Paris tiene tantas opciones, pero sin dudas Laurent Dubois es una de las mejores queserías de la ciudad y además es la que hemos visitado hace unos dias…

Situado en el Barrio Latino, esta quesería se descada por combinar quesos clásicos y nuevas creaciones, que van desarrollando ellos mismos, ya que cuentan con bodegas propias para estacionar sus productos.



Imposible no probar los quesos azules que ofrecen. Los precios estan bien, por 3 euros vamos a poder degustar uno de los mejores quesos del mundo.
El local esta siempre bastante concurrido, pero todo su personal es muy amable y esta acostumbrado a los turistas. Otra ventaja es que siempre hay alguien que habla español y podrá ayudarnos un poco si nuestro francés no es muy bueno…
