Entre las entradas figuran legumbres cocidas con pimiento de Espelette, caracoles con crema de ajo y puré de perejil, foie con patatas y peras, salmón con zanahorias o ensalada de langosta, entre otras menudencias.
Entre los platos principales la carta propone cordero, merluza de la casa, pollo asado con trufas y polenta, vieiras en emulsión de soja y arroz con verduras del tiempo.
Como postres, O’Naturel ofrece minestrone de frutos exóticos, pera con chocolate y pimientos rojos, helado de mandarina o limón verde, crema tostada o flan de la casa.
